1. Download the club list to get Society IDs for each club. Use
Society IDs from this export only — do not use IDs from other sources.
2. Download the exec import template, fill it in with Society
ID, Exec Name, Exec Email, Exec Type (role name), Phone Number, and resource
permissions, then upload it here.
Permissions: For each resource column, enter True,
1, or Yes to grant access (permission level 6). Leave
blank or enter False to skip.
Existing roles: If a role with the same name already exists for
a club, the exec will be added to it. Otherwise a new role is created.
